If you have any of the following signs or symptoms, immediately stop the exercise program and consult your doctor: back pain, difficulty walking, dizziness, faintness, pain not related to workout discomfort, heart palpitations, pubic pain, shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, abnormal vaginal bleeding.

Each individual is different, so you should consult with your doctor before undertaking and while progressing through this program.  Neither this exercise program nor any other exercise program should be used as a substitute for professional medical care and/or treatment.

    I tried dowloading your third trimester yoga instructions and also the yoga preparation for birth instructions, but got the following error message for both:
    “Apologies, but no results were found for the requested archive.”
    Do you also run pregnancy yoga classes?
