Yoga For New Mothers

Yoga can be incredibly therapeutic for new mothers, helping the body recover its shape, elasticity and flexibility after the immense effort of childbirth. It is also helpful to keep your energy levels up while you are dealing with less sleep and to help ward off post natal depression.

You can save or print it for your convenience.
