Using a combination of Swedish, remedial and lymphatic drainage massage techniques, I’ll bring my pregnancy massage clinic to you. I can help relieve the aches and pains of pregnancy and ease the tension caused by the shift in the centre of gravity from carrying your baby.
Pregnancy massage can reduce swelling, soothe aches and pains, help with insomnia, muscle cramps, back pain and is a good pick me up for those times that you just need someone to look after YOU.
You can either lie comfortably on your side during your massage or take the opportunity to lie face down using a safe and comfortable speciality pregnancy massage cushioning system.
Regular massage throughout pregnancy may also help reduce the duration of labour and help you return to optimal fitness more quickly once your baby is born.
I have been working as a remedial massage therapist for close to 20 years and am an experienced pregnancy and postnatal massage practitioner.

Hi,
I’m almost week 7 in my first trimester of pregnancy and I’m wondering if your pregnancy massage would help with nausea. I’m feeling pretty flat and terrible at the moment
With thanks, bridget
Hi Briget,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re not feeling very well, that nausea of early pregnancy is such an awful feeling. Pregnancy massage provides deep rest and relaxation and can certainly help with the fatigue of early pregnancy. There are some specific points that I can work on that may or may not help with the nausea. It’s best to choose a time in the day for your massage that you are likely to feel OK. If you’d like to give it a try, I’m available for home visits and you can make a booking by calling or SMS to 0488 846 672.
With kind regards,
Julie
