Pregnancy can heighten your inclinations and exacerbate your negative traits. The value of the personal style information is that you can attend to what you value and need. The more your natural needs and desires are met; you find more value and comfort. Knowing your style enables easier listening to the inner voice of feelings, which says, “Yes, the activity is fulfilling.” Or “No, this is not satisfying at all.” Pregnancy is the wonderful excuse to leave behind what does not work in your life—the negative, disappointing, maddening habits that prove more intense during this nine months. Embrace what fulfils your needs and those things that are consistently pleasurable, enriching, inspiring and enjoyable.

How many times have you asked, “What’s wrong with me?” or compared yourself to someone else who flowed through life while you chugged along? How have you envied the creative artist and found the dreamer envied your accomplishments? Do away with all these misconceptions, questions and doubts about your abilities through applying the personal style information. Why? As a whole woman, you are concerned with being fit physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It’s easy for our minds to get whacked out trying to balance all of this and be living our lives. The best antidote for stress and meeting your needs during pregnancy is to know yourself.
